By downloading, accessing, or using the Wedding Harmony mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Wedding Harmony is a collaborative wedding planning application for iOS that includes:

  • Collaborative Dashboard: Real-time planning hub for couples
  • Guest Management: Tools for guest lists, RSVPs, and dietary needs
  • Seating Charts: Visual table layout and guest assignment tools
  • Budget Tracker: Financial monitoring and expense management
  • AI Assistant: Gemini-powered planning recommendations
  • Task Management: Shared checklists and deadline tracking

3. AI Assistant Usage

The AI Wedding Assistant is provided as a planning aid. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recommendations should be verified. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI suggestions. Usage is subject to Google's usage policies.

4. User Data and Collaboration

Wedding Harmony uses local storage, Apple's iCloud, and Wedding Harmony accounts for syncing:

  • Local Storage: Your data is stored securely on your device
  • Syncing: Collaboration features use your personal iCloud account or a Wedding Harmony account to sync data with your partner
  • Data Responsibility: You are responsible for the guest data and wedding details you input into the App

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to circumvent or disable the App's security features
  • Use the App to store or transmit harmful or offensive content

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial wedding planning purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
